Meet Sandra
Leadership Coach and Facilitator
Most people know me by my successes. They know me as someone who:

-
Founded a nonprofit farm animal sanctuary with dozens of rescued animals and is living her dream with her wife and family, at the Farmette Sanctuary.
-
Spent over a decade in education, first as a Kindergarten teacher, then as a coach, school leader, and eventually making her way as a policymaker impacting tens of thousands of new educators across Massachusetts, centering anti-racist practices.
-
Has multiple advanced degrees, speaks various languages, has traveled the world, and lives life on her own terms.
What most people don’t know about me is that throughout the years I burnt out from multiple jobs, worked endlessly but never felt good enough, struggled in a codependent marriage, and continuously wondered, “Is this all life has to offer?”
I help people tackle challenges head on.
Together, we will create for you a deeper connection with your most authentic self.
We’ll answer the question, “How do I really want to live my life?”
I do that in a few different ways:
-
I have a unique ability to listen deeply and help make connections you previously didn’t realize were there. I will ask big questions, champion you, and help you come to more meaningful insights.
-
I will help you dream bigger than you’ve ever dreamed, and make a plan to bring that dream closer to your present reality.
-
I help people slow down, tune into their inner wisdom, and find ways forward, grounded in love.
The journey will be deeply meaningful, but it won’t always be easy.
If you’re ready to create a life on your own terms, I can help you do that. Let’s meet and embark on this journey together!

The Farmette Sanctuary
After a total mental breakdown, I embarked on a healing journey, which led to my family moving to a 20-acre “Farmette'' in the Quiet Corner of northeast Connecticut.

The Farmette Sanctuary is a nonprofit with the mission to provide a loving and safe lifelong home for farm animals, and a healing space for every body. Our current residents include chickens, ducks, sheep, goats, a mini horse, and a pig. If you are interested in volunteering, visiting the farm, or booking a retreat, we would love to connect!
